​This book has been designed to introduce the French language in context. Children will learn along with Preston Bear as he finds himself in France and needing to learn the language to be able to talk to his new friends. Parents and teachers are advised to supplement the story with questions and activities (lesson activities and a fun CD are available from www.talklikeme.org). Take time reading the story and practice the relevant phrases together after each section and try to use the vocabulary throughout the following day.
