Whether you take the initiative to make this change or if it is something that is forced upon you, it can be a challenge to feel at peace again. The first thing to do, when your life is turned upside down, is to look at the facts. Even if you feel lost. I want to remind you: it's okay not to feel strong, feel completely lost, or shaken. This is not a bad thing and it is actually, most often, quite healthy to know and recognize these strong emotions.
