Rhonda RL Kent has been writing for several years. She was a guidance counselor and educator as well as an adjunct professor within the college realm. She has been a board member for several organizations dealing with children in a variety of ways, from education to child abuse. Moving on to owning her own business and building the Human Resources department of her company, learning about people in general in which their behavior drives the outcome of the decisions they make. This brought her to seek a DBA in Organizational Behavior. Understanding people from children to geriatrics has helped her grow and love to write. Her books range from children to self help moving people forward is their purpose.
