It merges my acumen in western philosophy and eastern tradition with the understanding gained from working directly with a Grandmaster into a unique history and explanation related to the essential and fundamental physics and metaphysics of martial arts training. If the Western view of Quantum Mechanics is correct, then the universe is manifested through consciousness, and if the Eastern view that we self-generate our own universe is also correct, then it only makes sense that our consciousness is the consciousness manifesting both realities – which means it makes sense to spend some time and energy understanding our own consciousness and its part in that manifestation process.
