This collaborative sketch book is made of pages collected together from thoughts, ideas, cut-ups, sketches and actions produced during Heads and Tale heritage workshops held between January-July 2018. Supported by Chilli Studios, Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums, North Tyneside Art Studio and Artist in Residency Nelly Stavropoulou.

HEADS and TALES is a new heritage archive project for the North East exploring, rebalancing and celebrating the voice of adults experiencing mental health conditions. This project was shaped and led by participants, volunteers and staff who are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues. Led by Chilli Studios a Mental Health focused Art Studio and funded by the Heritage Fund and National Lottery Players.
