When the children unearth an old photograph of a man they do not recognise, they wonder who this mysterious stranger might be. Was he a hero? A villain?A long lost love perhaps?

The photograph leads them to an exciting story about a hero of sorts who had adventures across the world, found love in unusual circumstances, went through ups and downs and emerged unbeaten at the end.
That hero is their Nahna, their grandfather.

The Chronicles of Nahna is the story of Nahna’s life. As Grandpa reads the book to his awestruck grandchildren, he adds details that enrich the story and Mum chimes in from time to time with her inputs so the children discover a whole new side of a man they thought they knew.
