Thailand. I had no idea what an impact this place would have on me. A place where beautiful orchids grow out of the cracks in the sidewalks. I went there not knowing what to expect and I found sheer delight. What I found most remarkable were the Thai people. The children never asked for money but wanted simply to interact with me. The adults were as interested in me as I was in them. Temples and palaces of Thailand are beautiful but the people are the true treasures.
