I began shooting underwater in 2015 and fell in love with it. The sensation of being underwater is captivating. There is a feeling of serenity and beauty as the water engulfs one as you sink below the surface. The world as felt on the surface is lost as you become enveloped in the calmness of the water. Returning to our original being the comfort of home, at least that is how it is for me. The color, movement, reflections all come together in one cohesive moment at the snap of my shutter. We become one. This feeling of connectedness is what excites and inspires me stirring my emotions. I strive to capture the beauty of the human form as it succumbs to that moment of nirvana and share it with you my viewer.
