The exercises should be completed with the expectation that you will be a newer person in 30 days. You will start to value the little things, won't sweat the small stuff, and you will not only appreciate the clouds in the sky but recognize the clarity that a cloudless sky can bring.
Each day, take a moment to reflect on each assignment and how it has the potential to amend your current perspective. Jot down your research, observations and thoughts. Create lists and names when appropriate then go back and complete the assignments.
Lastly, pay attention to the sky and record each day when you have recognized not a cloud in the sky. This will be fun and challenging at the same time.
