Acerca del libro
The sight of London from a far off hill brings to mind the days of old - of fair maidens and knights and castles. And as you move toward the city, the landscape changes with sleek buildings and sleeker people. It's a bustling carnival of tourists and money makers - the centre of the world... and beneath the crush of it's weight, hope and joy melts away to the darkness below.

Acerca del creador
Michael Conway
London, United Kingdom
Michael Conway is a relative newcomer to the world of photography, having started out two years ago in 2007. With an inclination toward reportage, this is his first publication of his perpective on London, his home for the past eight years. Born in Canada in 1976, Michael grew up in South Africa and moved to Britain in 2001. London has been his home since then and although he feels very much a part of British culture, he can't help but see this world with South African eyes.
