Through Rob and Qi, Xavier and Flynn are literally a bridge between Eastern and Western culture. The Metcalfe family have traveled widely in China and have nurtured strong roots with their family and friends in and around Shanghai and in their home town in Australia.



The 88 pages of this photo essay depicts some of the flavour, sights, sounds and people that they have encountered in their travels throughout China. It has been an honour and a pleasure working with such a lovely family to develop this book.
