Acerca del creador
A retired Psychology Professor at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, NJ, after 41 years. My specialties are Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, and Positive Psychology. I am also an avid photographer since 1977 and a member of the photographic cooperative, Soho Photo Gallery in New York City. In 1984 I took a mid-career fellowship at Princeton University for up-and-coming community college faculty. There I studied the history of photography with photographic scholar Peter Bunnell. From that my style and methods of engagement with photography became research-based critical analysis and then formulated into PhotoPsychology and Reading Pictures – The Psychology of Photography. Psychology and photography are fully integrated in this new specialty and I value continuing opportunities to teach about this new and system for connecting with photographs (see www.photopsychology.com for more).
