The recipes in this cookbook were inspired by wanting to have a healthier body and to live a healthier lifestyle. Making changes is not always easy; but if you make changes that taste great, you will more likely accomplish your goals. Little changes like: *More volume and nutrition with more vegetables. *Using meat as a condiment versus the main ingredient. *Using whole, fresh foods versus packaged foods. *Replacing bad fats with good fats, etc.. Little changes for big results!!

I am in the health and wellness industry as an independent distributor with Juice Plus+ as well as being a Certified L.E.A.N. Health Coach with Dr. Sears; and am also a Certified Pharmacy Technician with MedCenter, an independent pharmacy in Michigan. Wanting to make a difference in my health, I started creating healthier versions of old recipes as well as creating healthy new ones. I often shared them with others and was encouraged to write a cookbook. As a result, I have written and published 3 cookbooks: Soups, Salads and Solutions, Artisan Soups and Artisan Salads. My goal is to educate and encourage people of all ages to have a healthier body and to live a healthier lifestyle. I feel that offering some healthy options and recipes is the next step to encouraging people to make the little changes that offer big results. I have also formatted and designed the book...through my eyes (photography and commentary by Aaron Pursell) and written a devotional...Designed by Grace.
