Kim Barber Guy is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina. Training and discipline in the home guided her to graduating college with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Human Services and a career in the banking industry for over 38 years. She has devoted her free time to several community service initiatives, as well as serving in her local church for 40 years. "Teach Me How" is Guy's first published book. Her goal is to promote the value of hopefulness and not helplessness in our youth. She believes that a hard worker, obedient disciple, and desire to continue learning are characteristics which can guide all of us to be the best person we can become.
