Inspired by Ed Ruscha and his famous "artist's books" Brandon Hayman-Fort Worth artist and photographer-has put forth this 1st (of many) art book/zine that captures, records, and archives his varied personal projects. This particular project focuses primarily on his local grocer's epic stock of apples. Photographed rather plainly in black and white and using the very same set up he forces the viewer to take note in the apples' differences based on their markings and shape turning them into abstract images rather than a simple, appetizing snack.
