I am a women’s circle facilitator, holistic women’s counsellor and writer. I spent three years studying Transpersonal Counselling, Art Therapy and Movement Therapy at the Phoenix Institute. These studies transformed my relationship to my emotions and bodily sensations as I continuously discovered that everything that arises within me, desires something beautiful for me. Gradually, the practice of allowing rather than resisting my feelings has been developing into a way of relating to all of life. For this reason, what I call spiritual practice is the radical embrace of emotions, relationships, sexuality and creativity.
