Light painting is a very interesting form of photography. In order to achieve this technique, the shutter of the camera must stay open as the subject uses flashlights, glowsticks or sparklers to paint an image of light into the air that the camera captures. Figures can be drawn, objects can be traced; the possibilities are nearly limitless.
