Acerca del libro
« en Arles » is the story of the dreams of a fish. The little black exotic fish is trapped in a bowl on a tourist ship travelling between Avignon and Arles in France. The fish with no name is the mascot of the boat. As a matter of fact it has the best view on the stream le Rhône and is also the favourite companion of the crew and the handsome captain.
‘Le poisson du Mireio’ looks around with his fisheyes, the bowl emphasises the distortion of what is going on, the lens of the photographer does the rest. Meanwhile life and art unfold in the neighbouring area. « en » replacing what should be “à” refers to the area of a lost kingdom around Arles.
