The subjects in this book are the individuals I met whilst working for SafePoint Trust - an NGO that promotes injection safety and pushes for policy change in the developing world.

The majority of the people photographed are HIV positive and all the children have HIV negative parents. They contracted HIV from re-used syringes and needles. There is a compelling story behind each of them.
