This body of work captures illumination- how the time of day plays a role in the colors and dramatic lighting of landscapes and architecture, and how lighting accentuates the details of
the scenery being experienced. However, the scenery I experienced while in Italy was not limited to just landscapes and architecture, but also exhibits or works in museums that had the same qualities of light that I found to be beautiful and dramatic.
