Acerca del creador
Tim Stock and Marie Lena Tupot co-founded scenarioDNA, a New York innovation consultancy, in 2001. Together, they developed its patented Culture Mapping methodology, used to decode cultural patterns and forecast social change for organizations including Nike, IKEA, Verizon, Meta, KEF, and the UNDP. They are the authors of Story Systems and Cultural Research: A Mixed-Methods Guide to Forecasting Social Change, published by Routledge. Marie holds an MSIS from the University at Albany, studied at FIT/SUNY, and brings expertise in trend forecasting, cultural pattern analysis, and AI-supported research. Tim is a professor at Parsons School of Design, where he teaches culture and trend analysis. He is affiliated with the Hong Kong Design Centre’s Institute of Design Knowledge and Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). He holds an MA in Cinema Studies/Semiotics from New York University. For this book, they collaborated with Brooklyn-based creative technologists Cousins & Sears.
