This book is a photo journal that documents the creation of the multi-panel steel work "Insight", by John Mayo in 2008-2009. In the piece Mayo invites over 200 student participants to express themselves through a pose. These poses are then cut out of steel plate in a work that celebrates the individual as well as community. The Sculpture is part of the Permanent art collection of Providence Hood River Medical Center.
