Certa Allos, a young teenager stuck in her ways, is stuck on a blank page between the lines of two chapters from her book. Certa wishes to return home before her Reader continues the story without her, officially shutting her out of her own life. She meets a friend who opens her eyes to the fascinating world of other stories, and convinces her that maybe there is more to life than what her author wrote for her. Together, these two friends travel across the blank page in an attempt to bring Certa back home, and they meet many more interesting characters along the way.
