This photo story is about the overwhelming beauty of the human connection I witnessed while photographing A Place To Be, (APTB), a center that nurtures, embraces and accepts people for exactly who they are. I hope the transparency of emotion seen in each image will remind all of us of the great influence one could have on each person you meet. For when you truly see and believe in them, they believe in themselves, and that is the splendor of the human spirit.
