The only catch is that this glorified place can only be experienced in the afterlife. So the door to heaven is Death. One must journey alone through that door into a new life. The title Dying to Live illustrates the experience one must go through to acquire great success. One must die to themselves and be reborn on the other side anew. After the birth of a new mind the physical will follow. As your old habits deteriorate and decay, there is a conscious awareness that is born. Beware however that dying to one life to achieve another is a perilous journey that requires relentless endurance and determination to see oneself through the entire journey.
