There are countless irrevocable moments of silence and discomfort in the lives of ordinary people that ask to be portrayed. I like these moments very much; they are the in-betweens of time. So many words trying to describe our joys, troubles, and slipups, but none of them are capable of analyzing why these lose their meaning, and we are left submitted to assumption or misunderstanding.

By attaching a kind of logic to the illogical nature of events, using something we could address as lateral thinking, from plausible possibilities general feelings emerge. Of course, these potential solutions are not definitive, but they are a starting point for discussion and further exploration. In trying to describe the world through poetical sensibility words and thoughts can form a cohesive alliance with everyday life.

In this little book of poems I have tried to do just that.
