This book depicts the restaurant "L'Auberge Chez Francois" in Great Falls, VA., outside of Washington, D.C. It pays tribute to the owner, Monsieur Francois Haeringer, and was created in honor of his 90th birthday on January 6th, 2009. The text is a short biography about Monsieur Francois and the photographs depict almost the entire restaurant.

I have always been interested in photography and my book, "From Alsace to Great Falls" is the first book which I have created. I hope to create additional books of various trips which I have recently taken. I have worked in the medical field since 1977, specifically, Ophthalmology. I hold a Batchelors Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a graduate degree Georgetown University as a physician's assistant in Ophthalmology. My husband is an Ophthalmologist and I have been working with him since 1979. I love dogs and currently have two, a beagle and a toy poodle. I also root for the Washington Redskins and follow Maryland football and basketball.
