Original photographs exemplifying the beauty and creativity of God. All photographs were taken by LaVerne C. Williams Hall in her little gift boutique, Holiday Hall. Upon entering Holiday Hall, the floor was strewn with real rose petals, emitting the fragrance and aroma of fresh roses. One of the few places where one could shop on rose petals and sip iced tea or lemonade and be served items to view and try on before purchasing. Every customer would receive a long-stem rose when departing the boutique, whether a purchase was made or not.

Licensed (1989) and ordained (1998) by Dr. Samuel B. McKinney at the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Seattle, she is an illustration of the passage that says . . . to whom much is given, much is expected. Hall has lived in King County for more than fifty years; widowed twice, raising two families as a single parent, her three children are now in middle-aged.
