Acerca del libro
The Feeding Center, located in the heart of Addis Ababa, provides hot breakfast and lunch to the needy every day except Sunday. Over 200,000 meals are served every year. Being the only soup kitchen in the country, it reaches out to the poorest of the poor through a meal ticket system, in which donors buy tickets and give to the needy in lieu of cash. After breakfast, the children are counseled and receive non-formal education, such as basic literacy and survival skills. Many of them are recruited for formal schooling, for free, in the HOPE School System.

They are free for their use in brochures, websites, presentations, and raising awareness to the dilemmas they are trying to eradicate. The organizations can also use them for fundraising campaigns and events to generate funds to support their work. We believe that photos can create change. They can move us to feel, to give, and join with those who struggle. They can also help us embrace the beauty of life.
