Well, there I was one sunny summer afternoon...staring at this beautiful flower arrangement Stephanie had just made and put on the windowsill...and that led to this book. Inspired by Stephanie's spontaneous florality, I grabbed my camera and did a study. The backlight from the afternoon sun was stunning...the colors were serene...and as I was flipping images back through my viewfinder, it hit me...I'm going to capture Cheri's plants and gardens in their most beautiful light and give them back to her as a gift...



Because...Cheri is the light and the life and the center of our home. She's the heart and soul of our Family and she makes incredible quilts, spaghetti & meatballs, cheeseburgers, steaks and 4th of July Flag Cakes. She makes everyone feel special and always makes our home warm and peaceful, fun and colorful, adventurous and abundant, and....most of all...Graceful.
