Russell Y. is an internationally known painter and writer who resides on the Surfcoast in Victoria, Australia. He has a strong belief in various Zen philosophies, Zen being the realization of ones elightenment, in ones own life and in ones own time. He also believes that Zen and nature allows us to abandon the anxieties and attachments of life and enjoy true peace and serenity.
