I am an artist, writer and intuitive card reader. I received my BFA from York University, Toronto, Canada. I have exhibited my acrylic paintings and prints in a series of solo and group exhibitions throughout Canada, the United States and Jamaica. My book, The Ascension of Inanna: Journey to the Underworld, is my own version of the ancient Sumerian myth of Inanna. My story portrays the goddess Inanna as the savior who journeys to Irkalla (the Underworld) to rescue her Immortal sisters and brothers who have fallen under the spell of the dark Queen, Ereshkigal. Inanna calls to the Upperworld Immortals for guidance and help along her journey, as she faces the undaunted powers of Ereshkigal. My book also inspired me to design my own intuitive card deck, The Ascension of Inanna Cards. These 24 cards are colorful prints of my original acrylic paintings. With 22 years of experience as a card reader, I offer exploration into the past, present, future and seven chakras.
