The 2 options for sale here are on premium rather than standard or 'pro' paper, but even so this comes out at an astonishingly high price, so please enjoy the preview and only buy if you feel you have money to burn! The e-book version is a poor user experience (on the iPad at least), I tried that too - all these pics are freely available for viewing on flickr so please save your money unless you have more than you know what to do with.
