My name is Rosa Vaccaro. I am 17 years old and for my Year 12 Aboriginal Studies Major Work I chose to create a cookbook using Native Australian Ingredients. The reason for choosing this as my project is because there is not a wide variety of cookbook that use native ingredients that are available. Through this cookbook I wanted to demonstrate the variety of native Aboriginal ingredients as well as the diverse uses of native ingredients!! I hope you enjoy!!!!
