An 80 pages photographic view of my most favourest places within the London Borough of Southwark and West End. Photographed and edited by Eduardo Barrios Marin. Many of these locations are taken for granted by locals and tourists alike, but with the renewed transport links and the DLR, all these places are now accessable. Southwark is home to a natural Wild Life Refuge in the heart of Canada Water, London SE1, home to a Bunsky original and many other sites of interest like Winchester Castle in London bridge, Southwark Catedral, Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, The Elephant and Castle, etc.

I was born in Quilpué, Valparaiso, Chile in 1965. As a child I was nurtured by my grandmother Doña Clara Alarcon. On the 11 September 1973 my family suffered persecution by the self -elected Military Government under General Pinochet. The International Red-Cross and the British Joint Women Working Group assisted my family to immigrate to the United Kingdom, seeking political asylum in 1978. In order to survive the chaos of the late 1970's in the UK, I had to learn to protect myself. Over 20 years of Martial Arts experience helped me to achieve a respectful standing in the disciplines of Iron-Ox Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Chinese Wrestling and External Chi Kung. I have produced one World Wushu Champion and various National and and Regional Champions within the realm of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts.
