Our journey.



4 weeks on the road crossing 4 US states: California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada.



We lived to tell the tale.



We thought that words would not do justice to everything we did, saw, ate, enjoyed and sadly gambled away… but our photos might just do the trick in showing you the highlights of our 3331 mile trip.



The best bits were possibly the unforeseen twists and turns of events and in no particular order the delicious buffalo’s steak, the secret waterfall, the breathtaking beauty of Highway 101, the dears grazing in the golden prairie of the North Rim, the sheer impossibility of the Grand Canyon, the colours of Death Valley, the majesty of the condor, the crazy lights of Vegas, waking in Zion’s river, the camaraderie of fellow travelers, the blueberries pancakes with the most spectacular view at Angel Lodge, the mist clothing the sequoia's and waking up to a new day full of adventures.



Did I mention Route 66?



Surprisingly, we never got lost and although we were always behind schedule, we always arrived on the day we planned.



An achievement? Possibly not but the commitment of our very capable driver who took us safely from A to B to Z while miraculously managing only one speeding ticket definitely was!
