From the very first thought of creating this book to the last sketch and final touches, this book was a labor of love. It took just under 4 years to complete. It was written and illustrated especially for the author's 2 precious neices and amazing sister. It is a story of real childhood memories, and real (well sort of real) imaginary friends.

The illustrations you see in the book were inspired by actual photos and the characters, Janny and Baby, "dwelled" in the same home as the author and her sister. The title was taken from a little pink post it note written by the author several years ago that was meant to keep her sister out of her bedroom.
