Looking Back, Moving Forward is a collection of poetry and reflective writing pieces composed by senior students from Helix Charter High School's class of '08. Each piece tells of the ups and downs many students' experience during their journey through high school, from the educational endeavours undertaken, to the friendships and relationships established. These students even take a peek into the future, predicting what is to come, but still granting validitiy to the unpredictability of their many tomorrows. This anthology captures the essence of the high school experience and demonstrates the ambitions and capabilities of soon-to-be graduates, inspiring future high school students to live by their words of wisdom and strive to maintain the level of passion and commitment exhitibited by so many of their predecessors.
