"The Box" is a concept long anticipated. In the years since I first encountered Ruth Bernhard's famous "nude in a box" photos, I have wanted to pursue that theme, in my own interpretation and brought current with techniques and materials. I accomplished my goal during seven photo sessions in 2008-09.



"The Box" reproduces over 150 of the very best photos from an online collection of over 300 -- a veritable photographic feast of "constrained beauty."



The models:



Abigail - Tall, statuesque, and a real pro



Anne - New to the game but eager to excel;



Brooke - One of the most sought-after models in the U.S. today;



Gianni - Young and energetic -- a genuine natural;



Kenzie - For her a passion, she poses with abandon;



Meg - With whom I've worked the longest and most often, with great pleasure;



Pistol - Tall and lean, with tattoos befitting her name; and



Victoria - Of Russian heritage, her only nudes she did with me.



Each unique and all wonderful, eight gals graced The Box, inside and on top, in this memorable photo collection.
