Acerca del creador
Hello, My name is Shelagh Christine Knickerbocker. Let me tell you what has influenced my photography . Born in Paris, I spent my childhood downtown in the “rive gauche” part of town. As a child I was always fascinated with the Parisian lifestyle, environment and the history of the town and their people. When I reached my adolescence my parents moved me to Germany where I spent most of my adult life. I used to take photographs in the courtyard of Munchin,Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. In the early nineties I moved to Southern California. With the Parisian and European influence as a background, Southern California added warmth and well rounded feel for my subjects. As you look at my images you can see that I am interested in capturing the life of people, ordinary and not so ordinary. Enjoy, Shelagh
