I have always loved the land and being close to Mother Earth. Having been raised on a farm, I think I've been a gardener at heart most of my life. I've no formal training in horticulture or garden design, yet I am very pleased with our grounds and gardens that have evolved over the years. One of the joys of gardening is capturing its beauty with my camera. My love of photography began with trying to immortalize the brillance inherent in the rich color of a flower. That is an unending journey.
