This book contains my art work. It is mainly celebrity portraits, but also some pictures of friends and relatives of mine. I have drawn the most of them with pencil and charcoal on paper. All the colour images are made in the computer except a couple that are made with watercolor on paper.



Born in 1959 in Stockholm, Sweden where I also live and work. Mostly self taught. Have taken classes in oil painting, ten lessons, each two hours long. Mostly works with pencil and paper though. I will try oil painting on paper, on specific paper for that. I have only tried on canvas before.



Ake Johansson is currently represented by Artists Haven Gallery located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
