Acerca del libro
Turning Your-Self ON! offers a different approach to personal change. Instead of treating yourself as a problem to be fixed, it invites you to become curious about the way you experience yourself, other people and the world around you.
Through twelve Elements and 84 simple daily practices, the book explores Attention, Reflection, Dreaming, Connection, Attraction, Meaning, Intention, Gratitude, Loving Kindness, Forgiveness, Courage and Belief. Each practice takes just a few minutes, but together they create an opportunity to notice what happens when change grows from awareness rather than force.
Drawing on philosophy, psychology, ancient wisdom and everyday human experience, Turning Your-Self ON! is practical without being prescriptive and thoughtful without demanding that you accept someone else’s answers.
This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.
It’s about becoming more awake to the person who is already here — and discovering what becomes possible when you stop trying so hard to change.
You don’t need fixing. You might simply need turning ON!
