Survey 03 is a return to Cincinnati, the city where my photographic journey began. I've visited many times over the years, but only recently realized what a rich place it is for photography. There's a saying that Cincinnati is always 20 years behind the times. Maybe the city wasn't behind. Maybe I was. These photographs were made while wandering the streets with fresh eyes, discovering details, chance encounters, and overlooked moments in a city I thought I already knew.
