Amitābha, who has been in the hospitality business for eons, suddenly finds himself managing dimensional refugee camps, emergency overflow realms, and a black market in premium meditation spots. His two attendants aren't helping: Avalokiteśvara keeps accepting every refugee without consulting the housing committee, while Mahāsthāmaprāpta insists everything requires proper planning and seventeen different permits.

Expert consultants suggest twelve kalpas of renovations. Cosmic regulators threaten closure for zoning violations. The waiting list for enlightenment now requires taking a number.

Meanwhile, paradise is full, suffering beings keep arriving, and nobody can agree whether the solution is unlimited compassion or sustainable operations.
