Jeanne T. Gartner is a co-owner of RBI Properties, LLC, the private investment and holding company of Reed Brothers, Inc., a family business with deep roots in Rockville, Maryland. A 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force, she retired in 2006 with the distinguished rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Following her military service, Jeanne turned her focus to preserving the legacy of Reed Brothers Dodge, one of the nation’s oldest Dodge dealerships under continuous family ownership. She is the author of "Portrait Of An Automobile Dealer", a detailed chronicle of the dealership’s 95-year history, and "Lewis Reed Photograph Collection, Second Edition", a curated volume of more than 2500 historic photographs spanning more than 60 years of history. In 2016, Jeanne received the Arthur M. Wagman Award for Historic Preservation Communication from Peerless Rockville, honoring her outstanding contributions to raising public awareness of Rockville’s architectural and cultural heritage.
