My parents Anne and Roger Parnis left their native Malta and started a new life in Ibadan Nigeria, years before Nigeria gaind=ed independence from Britain. I was born there and spent teh first 8 years in Ibadan. These memories have shaped my life, my perspectives and my passions over many years.
