Acerca del libro
This is a book to remind us of the food that triggers our memories of beach time and the freedom that watching sunrises and sunsets brings to the soul. It is not a cookbook or a photobook or a history book but each story meanders through all three genres. Along with photographs, the narratives touch on history, cooking methods, and ingredients. Bite into a lobster roll. Feast on fried clams. Sip a spoonful of clam chowder. Grab a handful of summer blueberries. Share a banana split. Don’t count calories. Just enjoy the food that stirs memories of Outer Cape Cod.
