I have always had a passion for photography.The art excites me, the freedom of making it, expressing it and sharing it. I shoot mostly black and white, because of the rich texture and deep contrast. My concepts bridge both a classic approach and a more innovative style. I choose to get up close and personal with the subject I am photographing. My objective is to make the viewer have to think a little about what they are seeing, and once they figure it out, they hopefully appreciate the artistic value. I want to capture depth and detail. I like experimenting with the camera and discovering all that it has to offer. I am challenged in shooting a variety of subject?s, whether I am capturing a gourmet meal for a restaurant?s website, shooting the striking pose of a model for a headshot, or documenting the making of a film on a movie set. All these rewarding opportunities add to my artistic skills. I like to share my artwork by exhibits and on my website.
