Growing up on the west side of Detroit, MI I learned early on in life that there were plenty of things that could be bought and sold in Detroit, including Detroit. For the last 15+ years I have purchased close to 10 homes in various ways, and that is what qualifies me to compose and share this unique manuscript. This piece was written ESPECIALLY, for individuals who are looking to buy real estate in Detroit and Wayne County. However, the “Detroit Real Estate Mindset” can be applied in any City and State; many of these pointers, facts, and experiences can be utilized and implemented by buyers/sellers in any market (just apply this information as it pertains to your county). Throughout this educational memoir I will share actual experiences and official images, with one goal in mind; to reprogram the MINDSET of the BUYER so that he or she can one-day become a SELLER. Therefore, that is exactly what I mean when I say that, “Detroit Real Estate is A Mindset”.
